1. Data We Collect

When you use OKAY, we collect the following data, all of which is transmitted with encryption (HTTPS/TLS):

Account data (required): display name, email address, user ID (OKAY ID) and password (stored as a salted hash). Used to create and secure your account.
Messages (optional, when you use chat): text messages, photos, videos, voice messages and files you send, together with their machine translations. Stored so that you and your recipient can read your conversation history.
Voice recordings (optional, when you use voice input): audio you record for speech-to-text and translation.
Device ID (required): a per-installation identifier used for login security, device management and usage quotas.

We do not collect your location, contacts, browsing history, financial or health data.

2. How We Use Data

App functionality: delivering chat messages, translating text, transcribing and reading out speech.
Account management: login, device limits, subscription (VIP) status, customer support.
Service improvement: improving translation quality.

3. Sharing & Processors

We do not sell your data and do not share it with third parties for advertising. Translation, transcription and speech synthesis are performed by AI service providers acting as our data processors under contract; they process the content solely to provide these functions to you. Payments are processed by Google Play (in-app) — we never see your card details.

4. Retention & Deletion

Chat history is retained so your conversations remain available; you can clear chat history on your device at any time.
You can delete your account and associated data in the app (Me → Account & Privacy → Delete Account) or via this page. Deletion requests are processed within 7 days; records required by law (e.g. payment records) may be kept for the legally mandated period.

5. Security

All data is encrypted in transit (TLS). Passwords are stored as salted hashes. Access to production data is restricted.

6. Age Requirement

OKAY is intended for users aged 18 and over.

消息(使用聊天时):你发送的文字、图片、视频、语音、文件及其机器译文,存储以便你和好友查看聊天记录。
语音录音(使用语音输入时):用于语音转文字与翻译。
设备ID(必需):用于登录安全、设备管理和用量配额。

我们不收集你的位置、通讯录、浏览记录、财务或健康数据。

2. 用途

提供应用功能(消息投递/翻译/转写/播报)、账号管理(登录/会员/客服)、改进翻译质量。

3. 共享与处理方

我们不出售数据,不用于广告。翻译、转写与语音合成由签约的 AI 服务商作为数据处理方代为处理,仅用于为你提供功能。应用内支付由 Google Play 处理,我们接触不到你的卡号。

4. 保留与删除

聊天记录会保留以供查看,可随时在本机清空;可在 APP 内(我的→账号与隐私→注销账号)或此页面申请删除账号与数据,7天内处理;法律要求保留的记录(如支付凭证)按法定期限保留。

5. 安全

全程 TLS 加密传输,密码加盐哈希存储,生产数据访问受限。

6. 年龄

OKAY 面向 18 周岁及以上用户。
