OKAY provides machine translation, speech-to-text, text-to-speech and cross-language chat between users. Translations are generated automatically and provided "as is"; they may contain errors and must not be relied on for legal, medical or other high-stakes purposes.
You must be 18 or older. You are responsible for keeping your credentials safe and for activity under your account. One account per person; do not share, sell or transfer accounts.
New users receive a 24-hour full-feature free trial. Paid plans (VIP monthly / quarterly / yearly subscriptions and one-time passes) are billed through the app store where you purchased them (Google Play or Apple App Store). Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled in that store before the renewal date; fees already charged are non-refundable except where required by law or by the store's refund policies. Prices may change with prior notice.
Fair use. VIP includes unlimited everyday use of chat and translation. To protect the service against abuse, automation and resale, we apply generous daily safeguard limits set far above any normal personal use; ordinary human usage will never encounter them. If a safeguard is triggered, the feature resumes the next day.
You must not use OKAY to send unlawful, abusive, fraudulent or infringing content; to harass others; to distribute malware or spam; or to attempt to disrupt the service. We have zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users. We provide in-app tools to report content and block users; accounts that violate these terms will be suspended or removed.
You retain rights to the content you send. You grant us the limited licence needed to store, transmit, translate and display that content to you and your chosen recipients, and to process it via our contracted service providers solely to operate the service. See our Privacy Policy.
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.
We may update these terms with notice in the app or on this page. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time.

公平使用:VIP 包含日常不限量的聊天与翻译。为防止滥用、自动化调用与转售,我们设有远高于任何正常个人使用量的每日保护阈值;正常使用绝不会触及。若触发保护,相关功能次日自动恢复。
禁止发送违法、辱骂、欺诈、侵权内容,禁止骚扰他人、传播恶意软件或垃圾信息、干扰服务运行。我们对辱骂性内容与滥用行为零容忍;应用内提供举报与拉黑工具,违规账号将被暂停或移除。
你对所发内容保留权利,并授予我们为运营服务所必需的有限许可(存储、传输、翻译并向你与你的收件人展示,以及交由签约服务商处理)。详见隐私政策。
服务按"现状"提供,不作任何形式的保证;在法律允许的最大范围内,我们的全部责任以你在索赔发生前12个月内向我们支付的费用为限。
条款更新会在应用内或本页公告,继续使用即视为接受;你可随时停止使用并注销账号。
